Saint's Bar & Kitchen

Saint's Bar & Kitchen is a new Bar & Kitchen located on The Red Carpet, a new development in The Strand, Kota Damansara. This Bar & Kitchen specialize in a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits and classic cocktails! I was there for a restaurant review with my colleague. It's our pleasure to meet the owner, Mr. Nicky Crag. Nicky share with us his passion of starting this restaurant after his 10 years experience in hospitality industry. It was an interesting story indeed!

Cocktail

From the Left: A Taste of Speyside - Macallan 10yr old, Whisky Honey, Apple Juince, Mint Leaves, Dot Angostura Bitters.

From the Right: Passion Fruit Caipirinha - Cachaca, Gomme, Lime, Passion Fruit


Both cocktails mixed by Nicky personally. They tasted just wonderful!

Chicken Satay

Grilled Chicken Satay served with peanut sauce. The sauce was good & i like the tender grilled meat, it tasted good!

Saint's Mix Platter

Saint's Mix Platter comes with Bruschetta of Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese & Mushroom Fricassee, Fresh Prawn Roll with passion fruit hollandaise & the famous scottish Haggis Ball with Mustard Mayo Sauce. Hmm, have you try Haggis before? It was a truly traditional Scottish dish cooked in a casing of sheep's intestine. Prior coming to this restaurant, Edina had share with me a little bit about Haggis which she had tried at another place which tasted awful. Well, after I tasted it from Saint's Bar & Kitchen, I personally think that it wasn't that bad! Haha, trust me, maybe you should try it as well! :D
