Afternoon Tea @ Harrods KLCC

Harrods is not just a retail outlet, you can also visit there for english food & tea if you are somewhere around KLCC. Steven & I went there for afternoon tea last weekend. It was full when we were there so we got to wait for about 30 minutes in order to get a table. The dining table is very limited though, less than 10 tables in total.

Here's our triple tiere tray, filled with scones, assorted pastries, and sandwiches. You may opts for either coffee or tea. Everything were good, as for the charges, of course you are paying to dine in the relaxing & comfy environment. =)

We finished everything within 20 minutes, yeah, seriously, Chloe ate almost half of them. Hahaha

Antipodean Cafe

Antipodean is a Kiwi/Australian style of cafe serving the best quality coffee and food. It was shortlisted in the Best for Coffee and Best New Restaurant categories of the Time Out KL Food Awards 2011.


I went there for lunch with Lushia. The restaurant is quite crowded even during weekday.

Antipodean Cafe do served good food & coffee i would say. Both dishes we ordered tasted good but the portion are probably too big for both of us as we can't actually finish all. :p

We heading there for dinner at one of the famous japanese restaurant - Hokkaido Santouka Ramen.Expect some quieng & waiting for Hokkaido Santouka Ramen as the restaurant is quite pack during the weekend!

Aburi Tokusen Toroniku (Roasted Premium Pork Cheek) RM 17

This is strongly recommended. The meat was so tender & juicy. Two thumbs up for this one.

Tori Karaage (Fried Chicken) RM 10

The Crispy Fried Chicken was good too. Definately a good one for appetizer.

Hiya Yakko (Japanese Tofu) RM 6

Small Ramen & Fried Rice Set RM 33

I had Small Ramen & Fried Rice Set. It comes with a small bowl of rice, ramen, salad, chawanmushi & tea. A great one to share with your kids! :) Hokkaido Santouka Ramen claimed their soup "The perfect temperature for the perfect soup". Well, the pork broth was very tasty indeed.

Kara-Miso Ramen (Spicy Soybean Paste Flavor) RM 27

Steven had Kara-Miso Ramen. I have not been to Japan before, and not sure the authentic taste for the japanese ramen, but according to Steven, Hokkaido Santouka Ramen is definately a great place to try if you are looking for an authentic Japanese Ramen!

Chloe is 3yo!

It seems like I've not updating about Chloe for quite a long period. Guess it's time to talk a little bit about Chloe now! =) Oh Yeah, our little princess is now 3 year old. Time passes really fast, everytime when i read back about my previous post about Chloe, i feeled that she is really growing fast!

She is getting more & more talkative now, always asking questions, sometimes even talk to herself. Most of the time, she just repeating what teachers said when she's in the school. Haha!!!

she was a cyring baby when her first 2 weeks to nursery one year ago

and till today, she was happy to go to school. She's getting taller now & can get along with her friends in school.

She also likes to read books, those reading books that she learned from school. Besides, she will also asked us to read story books for her sometime. What she loves to do everyday? Reading, coloring, watching Dora show & singing! :-)

Hello Kitty at Sephora

The Hello Kitty Noir Eyeshadow and Lip Gloss Palette (RM 159) is finally available here in Malaysia! I bought this from Sephora KLCC today and yes, this is the only one of the Hello Kitty Collections which is available in Malaysia at the moment. Am still waiting for the others items to arrive! The Lobsterman SS2

Have you been to The Lobsterman before? It is located in SS2, Petaling Jaya. And yeah, it's the only lobster specialty in Malaysia! We are there for my birthday dinner. Hehe

Since The Lobsterman does lobster for every dishes, we then ordered all dishes with LOBSTER! (except fried Yee Mee.... hehe)

This was the classic thick and rich soup, jazzed up with tantalizingly fresh lobster meat. Steven & I both were not fond of this taste as it tasted bitter.

As for our lobster, we had them in two seperate cooking style. Shelter's Garlic Lobster & Lobster Thermidor.

Shelter's Garlic Lobster

Crispy lobster meat mixed with finely chopped garlic and chili. One of  their signature dish!

Lobster Thermidor

Fresh Lobster meat sauteed with a white wine sauce and baked with Cheese.

The succulent lobster meat are just wholesome!

Faye Wong Live 2011 Pictures

A concert i have been longing for so long is finally here. One word to describe my thought of this concert, BRAVO! It was really a great one, one of the best i have ever experienced before. Faye's voice was completely amazing. The backdrop effect was beautiful. She sang 2 hours non stop, without saying hi & bye to her fans & one thing which never changed at her concert - no encho! Cool huh!!! But 2 hours is definitely not enough for her fans.

Many people commented that the ticket charge for Faye Concert 2011 was very expensive, its the most expensive one compared to others artist at the moment, for me, this is definitely worth it! It was an unforgettable one I would say!
