Ristorante L’Opera is a fine dining restaurant serving authentic Italian dishes, including pizza fired up in a large wooden oven. The restaurant is situated along the busy Bintang Walk. I went there with my colleagues for food review cum hotel inspection .

Dumpling of pumpkin, honey & walnut in creamy gorgonzala sauce with fried basil & balsamic reduction.

Baked chicken thight in saffron & herbs served with tomato & french beans. The chicken meat is soft & tender and the herbs tasted aromatic.

[ROLLI DI SALMON AL MASCAPONE RM 42++]

Home made smoked salmon with mascapone cheese , baby green and lemon dressing.

[FIORENTINA RM 35++]

Roasted chicken cube, spinach alfredo sauce, parmesan, oregano & cheese. The pizza was baked perfectly with crisp & crunchy taste.

Craving for italian food? This is one of the restaurant i would recommend. Well, we had a wonderful lunch there.
