Ban Lee Hiang Satay Celup (万里香)

Satay Celup is one of the famous food originating from Malacca. In kl, they called it as "lok lok", but the taste is totally different to the one from Malacca as kl used hot water instead of satay sauce.....In fact, the best satay celup is still from Malacca..

Well, the most famous satay celup shop in malacca are Ban Lee Hiang @ Jalan Ong Kim Wee & Capitol Satay Celup @ Bukit Cina...We usually go to Ban Lee Hiang but some of the tourists and locals will prefer Capitol...You can try out these two and then let me know which one do you prefer.

What you have to do is pick the skewers you like to eat from the refrigators and put it all in the tray provided and then just dunk into the pot of boiling satay sauce untill it is cooked. Price range @ RM 0.50 - RM 0.60 per skewer. So it is depends on how many skewers you have consumed.

Is a must to try satay celup if you are visiting malacca...
